Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you browse homefarms.co.in or order from Home Farms ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order number on the website. For online payment, the order is confirmed only after the payment succeeds.
• We deliver within the Hyderabad areas we serve. If we cannot deliver to your address, we will contact you and cancel the order with a full refund.
• Products are fresh farm produce. Size, colour and weight of eggs and natural products can vary slightly from the photos and descriptions.
• If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund or adjust the order.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is free for orders of ₹349 or more; a ₹40 delivery charge applies below that.
• You can pay online (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, processed by Razorpay) or, where offered, by cash or UPI on delivery.
• We may change prices at any time. The price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.

Your responsibilities

• Please give a correct name, mobile number and full delivery address, and be reachable on that number around the delivery time.
• Do not misuse the website, place false orders, or attempt to interfere with its working.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the product or refunding the amount you paid for it, as described in our refund and cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
