Where we deliver

We currently deliver to these Hyderabad pincodes: 500008, 500028, 500029, 500032, 500033, 500034, 500045, 500081, 500082 and 500085.

We are working to start delivering to more areas soon. Orders can only be placed for the pincodes above; if an order reaches us for an address we cannot deliver to, we will contact you and cancel it with a full refund.

When we deliver

• Orders placed by 9 PM are packed overnight and delivered before 7 AM the next morning.
• Orders placed after 9 PM are delivered the morning after next.
• In rare cases (heavy rain, strikes or road closures) delivery may be late; we will let you know by phone or WhatsApp.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹349 or more. Below ₹349 a ₹40 delivery charge applies, shown before you pay.

Receiving your order

• Our rider will deliver to your door, or follow the delivery notes you give us (for example, leave at the gate or with security).
• Please check your order on arrival and tell us the same day if anything is missing or damaged — see our refund and cancellation policy.
