This policy explains what personal information Home Farms collects through homefarms.co.in and how we use it.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, pincode, delivery notes and the products you order.
• When you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
• When you pay online: payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status, but we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Your browser may remember the delivery details you typed so you don't have to enter them again. This stays on your device.

How we use it

• To prepare and deliver your order, contact you about it, and handle refunds or complaints.
• To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep records required by law, such as for tax and accounting.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and services needed to deliver your order and take payment (our delivery riders and Razorpay), or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and tax requirements, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to support@homefarms.co.in. Some records may need to be kept where the law requires.
